By booking tours, accommodation, fishing and/or car hire online through ntstandby.com.au, you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

ntstandby.com.au is a booking service on behalf of the supplier and you may therefore be required to complete a separate agreement directly with the supplier. Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of ntstandby.com.au and the respective Supplier (listed below) with whom the booking is made.

All bookings are FINAL. Cancellation and Amendment penalties of the supplier and ntstandby.com.au apply (see Cancellation Policy and Amendment Policy).

ntstandby.com.au sells products from an inventory supplied by each supplier, and does not oversell that inventory.

ntstandby.com.au does not accept any liability for unavailability of product caused by the supplier over-selling their own inventory.

The Customer will be required to produce the same current, full and valid driver’s license used when booking a motor vehicle rental when collecting and completing the rental agreement.

The Customer will be required to provide a credit card (when checking in to accommodation or collecting the vehicle) to cover incidental charges. NOTE: The credit card presented must be in the name of one of the party’s that are traveling, it cannot be in the name of a party who is NOT present at the time.

ntstandby.com.au makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its web site is accurate, but ntstandby.com.au cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from faults or errors.

ntstandby.com.au does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.

ntstandby.com.au does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its web site or for any products or services purchased from its web site.

ntstandby.com.au makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its web site.

ntstandby.com.au receives a payment from the suppliers for the provision of the ntstandby.com.au booking service.

You must be at least 21 years of age, with a current and full driver’s license to book motor vehicle rental on ntstandby.com.au

Probationary Licenses are not accepted. Most of the prices displayed are for drivers over 25 years of age. If you are under 25 years of age, at the rental collection point you may be:
(a) Asked to pay a surcharge to complete the rental agreement, (b) the rental agreement may be denied and your booking cancelled. (Refer to Cancellation policy)

Neither ntstandby.com.au nor the suppliers will accept coupons for upgrades, free days, discounts or any other promotions.

There is no refund for late pick up or early departure from products booked.

Cancellation Policy :
Greater than 48 hours before pick up/departure/arrival time - cancellation fee of $ 35 dollars or 15% of total booking (the greater amount applies)
Less than 48 hours before pick up/departure/arrival time – cancellation fee is 50% of total booking.
If cancelled on the day of pick up/departure or a no show – NO REFUND

Please note. Most suppliers have their own cancellation policy. This policy is available to be viewed prior to booking. The stricter of the two policies will apply. When the operators Cancellation Policy is applied, the ntstandby Cancellation Fee is also applicable in addition to this.

Amendment Policy
Should you need to amend your booking and have advised us MORE than 48 hours prior to pick up/departure/arrival timel. An Amendment Fee of $15 AUD applies. For amendments LESS than 48 hours prior to pick up/departure/arrival time further cancellation fees may apply.

Intrepid Connections

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: 56 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit; between 30 and 55 days prior to departure,we will retain the deposit or 50% of the total booking cost - whichever is greater; less than 30 days prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking. Please note that for certain travel arrangements the cancellation charge may be higher than those shown. In certain cases a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued. Please ask for full details of cancellation charges at time of booking. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
