Cancellation Policy:
- No show or less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund.
- More than 24 hours notice but less than 3 days will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- More than 3 days notice will receive a full refund.
Travel insurance is recommended as it may cover the above charges.
Barrier Air Charter reserves the right to amend, delay or cancel any flight or tour as required. This may include but not limited to safety, weather and/or operational requirements.
All tours and flights are subject to availability. Minimum number of 2 people is required to confirm a scenic flight (excluding air safaris, where no minimum numbers apply). We do have standby options available for solo travelers.
