Departure/Pickup Instructions Complimentary transfers to and from your accommodation are included with every flight. Pick up time is approximately one and a half hours before dawn. Airport transfers available on request.

Itinerary Your adventure begins 1.5 hours before dawn, with the balloon’s inflation as the sun lights up the rugged MacDonnell Ranges. Whilst floating gently in the air you will appreciate the vast remoteness and scenery of the Australian Outback. Wildlife, such as big red kangaroos are seen nearly every day as your balloon crosses spinifex grasses, mulga scrub and cattle stations.
The tour includes return transfers from any accommodation in Alice Springs.
The setting over the remote desert, serviced only by a few bush tracks enhances the sense of adventure that you will experience. The location also ensures that you are treated to the spectacular colours of the early morning dawn over the MacDonnell Ranges. On most days you will also see Australian wildlife, particularly red kangaroos, in their natural environment.
After landing Outback Ballooning has designed its program to allow you a unique opportunity to experience the Australia bush. Most of our landings are in the desert kilometres away from the nearest road. There is no traffic, no other people and no noise. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of sparkling Australian wine or if you prefer our tropical apple and guava juice. Perhaps mix the two for a delightful morning cocktail. Drinks are accompanied by a variety of individually packaged muesli biscuits, exotic slices, cheese & fresh fruit before sadly reboarding your bus to return to “town”.
Exclusions Chase for non-flying partners - AUD$40

Due to the imposition of mandatory flight insurance by the Australian Governmnet under the Air Carrier's Liability Act and the rapidly increasing and uncertain premiums in the adventure industry, a separate fee is payable to cover insurance.
The AUD$ 25 fee per passenger, is payable by cash or credit card on the morning of the flight.

What To Bring Camera.
We recommend wearing practical outdoors clothing including studry footwear & a hat. Between the months of March - August a warm jacket is essential.
