Wonderful food, service on board was nice.
Was a little disappointed that i could not get a refund/partial refund or change the date (apparently other nights weren't going ahead) as we had a family emergency that evening.

Cruise was well organised, shuttle was on time, food was of good quality and drinks reasonably priced.

Great trip and food delicious. The staff are fantastic as we had a few problems and they rang to check on us - great customer service. Wonderful way to finish our trip to Darwin.

The cruise itself was lovely. The food was not, nor was the fact we were seated outside in the wind. There was a limit of three prawns per person. The fish was swimming in water and mushy as were the vegetables. The beef was cold by the time we got it. The line for the food was rediculous and the wait for a drink at the bar was long with the whole boat being served by only two people.

This was an excellent way to start our holiday in Darwin. The staff were friendly and the information provided very interesting around the history and present day Darwin. The food was well prepared and fresh. There are no words to describe the magnificent sunset we experienced. Highly recommend this Attraction

Disappointed in this as their was no tour guide as such so we did not know what was what and where we were. The food was fair and they did not communicate to us that they had a shuttle bus so we walked back to the Holiday Inn

A very enjoyable evening in a wonderful environment with good food, good service and a pleasant crew. Was surprised that there was no general PA system to enable the commentary of sites and history to be heard throughout the boat. Had to go up onto the top deck if you wanted to hear this, where it was presented by one crew member with a loud voice.

Great cruise. Great staff. Great Service. Great mains buffet, but the dessert was a dissapointment that let the evening down. Sarah Lee cakes in my opinion dont really do the rest of the cruise justice.
Reviewed by: Jeffrey, May 2012

It was a good cruise. Suggestion is to make it more interactive. Some commentary would be good especially for people who are from overseas or interstate not knowing much about the place.

We had such a wonderful evening on the Darwin dinner cruise. The food was delicious, plentiful beautifully present and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I would recommend it to anyone.
Reviewed by: Benita, May 2012

Staff were friendly, food was good and furnishings on the boat were also very pleasant. The only criticism is that fact that all passengers had to wait for a few before leaving. I'm sure that those few passengers were most grateful, however the majority of passengers were not impressed with actually missing out on actually being on the water for sunset (which is a key point for a sunset cruise).

Excellent. Most enjoyable. Everything worked like clockwork from initial booking with ntstandby right through to our final disembarkation from the Charles Darwin. The food was brilliant as well.

The experience was good. The commentary was excellent and pitched at the correct level to keep us informed and entertained. I could recommend a simple amplification system.. chin mic and speaker worn at the belt so all can hear.http://www.phoenixhearing.com.au/chattervox.html
The food was good. The quiet at the end cruising into the wharf was great. Thank you.
