Itinerary SMALL GROUP TOURING:
As you start your sunrise trek around the 12km base trail of Uluru you will embrace the culture, geology and environment that is the essence of this amazing monolith. Your guide will tell the cultural stories (Tjukurpa) of Liru (poisonous snake) and Kuniya (woma python), as well as many other Aboriginal creation stories associated with this central Australian icon. Stop for an outback picnic breakfast along the trail and revel in the immensity of the rock. You will witness sunrise, visit waterholes and the rock art sites of the ancients and learn of Uluru's cultural significance to the Anangu (local Aboriginal) people. A chance to really immerse yourself in the environment and culture of this amazing monolith.
Inclusions Small group - Min 2 and Max 11 people
Professionally guided 6 hour tour and an outback picnic breakfast (carried in supplied satchel)

Fitness Level Reasonable - full base trek 12km walk on very flat and even terrain
What To Bring Please bring a wide-brim hat, sunscreen, a bottle of water and season appropriate clothing. Comfortable walking footwear recommended
