Itinerary
Travel from Ayers Rock Resort to the Uluru sunset viewing area. Enjoy nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine as the sun sinks over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the many shades of colour for which Uluru is famous. Don’t forget your camera! It is recommended that you photograph Uluru every 5 minutes to really capture the gradual colour changes of the rock. Occasionally, when it rains, you may be lucky enough to see the spectacular sight of water cascading over the sides of Uluru.

What To Bring
Dress in the Northern Territory is usually casual, so bring comfortable, casual clothing. Remember, in the southern part of the ‘Territory’ – i.e. Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Alice Springs – nights in winter (May to August) can be cold, frosts do occur and occasionally a cold wind blows, so bring warm clothing to suit. The days are usually sunny and warm. Remember to bring strong, non-slip walking shoes.
