When returning the car to thrifty at the airport in Darwin the Thrifty duty manager became agitated when I told her I didn't write down the k's as it was a unlimited k's rental. She said they didn't do that and that I was mistaken and would have to pay for all the k's I had done. The Thrifty duty manager was clearly unaware of the business practices of Thrifty and in my view was incompetant.
