I would highly recommend going on the Sunset Sail cruise. My wife and I enjoyed the three hours out on the Darwin harbour watching the sunset with a gentle breeze blowing over us. It is the best way to see Darwini from the water.

We ended our time in Darwin with a magnificent evening on the water. Despite some initial drizzle, our trip was glorious and the moody clouds added to the atmosphere. Being under sail on an intimate boat really added to the experience. Two things that could have been improved; the food was very basic and not much of it. Also, it would be useful to make clear that shoes cannot be worn onboard.

Four of us booked on this saill for my 30th birthday. If you like to sail, then this is for you. We had an amazing time. There were only three other people on the boat. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The nibbles were above my expectations with fresh fruit, a cheese board, crackers and dips were brought out regularly. We all felt like we were in another world for three hours.

The cruise was most enjoyable and the staff were wonderful. Well worth it.

Really great little introduction to Darwin. Met some lovely people. The small group made the trip more enjoyable because there was plenty of room to move. The cabin crew were warm and friendly and provided healthy snacks throughout the duration of the sail. The sunset and moonrise was gorgeous. Such a lovely way to spend 3-hours of the afternoon in Darwin. Certainly recommended!

The cruise was magical! The crew were friendly. The catamaran was spotlessly clean. The sunset was was amazing. We were even visited by several Dolphins. What a great experience. An intimate cruise with only 4 others on board. Just what we wanted.

A Darwin harbour sail is always a beautiful visual experience but this time I was dissapointed in the package. The nibbles provided were very basic and it seemed the staff did not really embrace the experience. Also for 3 hours I would have liked to go further north around the harbour to view the lights of Fannie Bay etc. I certainly do recommend a sunset sail while in Darwin though.

Very relaxing and peaceful evening. Would have liked to hear some facts and figures of what is in and around the harbour. We had to ask questions to get any info.

My wife & I did not really know what to expect from this, but we were very pleasantly surprised. A wonderful sunset viewed from the harbour on the catamaran and a very relaxing 2 hour cruise, was just what we needed after a very warm day exploring Darwin city.

We had a wonderful night with Michael and his crew sailing around the harbour. We sat on the trampoline, sipping champagne and watching the beautiful sunset without a care in the world. It was a wonderful Darwin experience for my friends visiting from NSW and they loved the sail and the view of Darwin from the water.
Thanks for making it special.

I have been on the sunset sail twice. Once with my partner and the second time with a good friend from NSW. Both sails were very enjoyable and the crew were accompdating and friendly. I would recommend this sail to couples or a group of friends. It would be quite suitable and equally enjoyed by both locals and visitors.

A delightful experience indeed. My first time on a sailing boat. The peaceful sound of the bow cutting through the water...the breeze in your hair.....the crew were attentive as necessary...otherwise one could enjoy socialising with the other POBs or relish the solitude....alll with the backdrop of a fabulous Darwin sunset.

Hi. Katie, Ryan and I all had a great time. The sunset was beautiful and we thought the boat was really cool. Loved the sweetheart seats and laying on the netting above the water at the front of the boat. We also had fun making mohitos down on deck and watching the lightening and thunderstorm in the distance.

Excellent trip - very relaxing and enjoyable way to spend an evening. The trip for us would have been even better if we had gone a bit further around the coastline to view the MIndle Beach and Casino side rather than track up and down the Esplanade side.
Reviewed by: Sheila, August 2009

We had a lovely experience with our sunset sailing, mainly because we got to meet some US servicemen and they were so interesting to talk to. The small size of the group encouraged this, though one small group of people (about 6) were not introduced (I think they were locals) and kept to themselves. I felt a bit uncomfortable about this, as I was expecting that, because our whole group *was* small, we would have a chance to mix more than we did. Just being out on the water was beautiful.

Our Sunset Cruise was easily booked online and the contact details for the skipper made confirmation of departure time and location a breeze.
This was a most enjoyable susnset cruise with good stories and snacks.
